Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of nlcontractingservices.com and any related subdomains (the “Site”), operated by No Limitz Contracting Services LLC (“No Limitz,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Inspections and Estimates

Inspections requested through this website are subject to scheduling availability and our service area. While we make every effort to respond promptly, response times during high-demand periods (such as immediately following major storm events) may be extended.

Inspections for residential homeowners considering work with No Limitz are provided at no charge. Inspections requested by general contractors, commercial property managers, or for stand-alone third-party reports may be subject to fees, which will be communicated in advance.

Estimates and inspection reports are valid for the period stated within them, typically 30 to 60 days from issue. Pricing and scope may change for projects that begin after the validity period.

Insurance Claims and Project Engagement

Information shared through this Site does not create a contractor-client relationship. A formal written agreement is required before No Limitz performs any work on your property.

While we work alongside your insurance carrier on covered claims, we are not your insurance company, public adjuster, or attorney. We do not represent you in legal disputes with your insurance carrier. Coverage decisions, claim approvals, and payment amounts are determined by your insurance carrier under the terms of your policy.

All construction work performed by No Limitz is subject to the terms of the written project agreement signed at engagement.

The PDF guides, checklists, and informational materials offered on this Site (“Free Resources”) are provided for general informational purposes only. They are not professional, legal, or insurance advice. They are based on our experience as Colorado contractors and may not apply to every situation.
