Interior Remodeling for Colorado Homes
As a full general contractor, we don’t just do exteriors. We remodel kitchens, gut and rebuild bathrooms, refinish basements, replace flooring, and handle full interior renovations. Whether the work is part of a planned upgrade, a home sale prep, or restoration following water or fire damage — we coordinate the trades, manage the schedule, and deliver the finished space.
Where We Most Often Work
Kitchen Remodels
Full kitchen renovations including cabinetry, countertops, flooring, tile work, lighting, and appliance installation. We coordinate plumbing and electrical subcontractors when needed and pull all required permits. Typical timelines are 4-8 weeks depending on scope and material lead times.
Bathroom Remodels
Master bath, hall bath, and powder room renovations. Tub-to-shower conversions, full gut renovations, custom tile work, and accessibility-focused modifications. Most bathroom projects complete in 2-4 weeks.
Drywall, Paint, and Trim
Whether you need drywall repair after a leak, full room repaints, or new trim and millwork installation. We do this both as standalone projects and as part of larger renovations and restoration work.
Flooring
Hardwood (solid and engineered), luxury vinyl plank, tile, and carpet. We remove existing flooring, prepare subfloors, and install new flooring with proper transitions and trim work.
Basement Finishing
Unfinished to fully finished basement transformations. Framing, insulation, drywall, electrical (subcontracted), plumbing for added bathrooms, flooring, and finish work. Permitted projects with formal inspections.
Restoration-Driven Interior Work
A significant portion of our interior work is part of insurance-covered restoration projects. When water damage, fire damage, or mold remediation requires demolition and reconstruction of interior spaces, we handle the rebuild as part of the same project — coordinated with the mitigation work and the insurance claim.
This integration matters. Many homeowners who experience covered damage end up working with one company for mitigation and another for reconstruction. The handoffs cause delays and finger-pointing. We do both.
How We Approach Interior Projects
- Detailed scope documentation before work starts (so there are no ‘surprises’)
- Permit pulls and code compliance for all applicable work
- Clean site management with daily dust containment and protection
- Realistic timeline communication and proactive updates on delays
- Coordinated subcontractors for plumbing, electrical, and HVAC when needed
- Final walk-through and punch list completion before final payment
